Your morning will begin with our breakfast buffet which includes a wide range of homemade jams, sauces and freshly baked sourdough bread from our traditional wood oven. Manici Restaurant offers a premier culinary experience. Our evening menu changes on a daily basis and is inspired by the regions freshest and seasonal produce. Our bar menu offers a range of signature cocktails and snacks. Do not forget to check out the Patisserie menu too.

Food Philosophy

Our food philosophy revolves around using, local, seasonal, and, where possible, home grown products that highlight the natural bounty of our Ida Mountain region and the Northern Aegean Sea. In line with this philosophy, every night we offer a tasting menu that changes daily according to what is freshest that day. In addition to our degustation menu at night, we also offer an A La Carte selection, as well as our Bar and Patisserie menus.

Locality

We are lucky to be situated in one of Turkey’s most natural and culturally rich regions. Our extra virgin olive oil is crafted from our own groves in order to provide the best quality service we source most of our produce from Manici farm and trusted local vendors.

The Manici family is committed to conducting its self in an environmentally conscious and ethical manner. The health and well-being of our guests is our top priority. Therefore, in our restaurants, we aim to use only seasonal produce sourced from local vendors, Manici Farm and our Chef’s garden situated on the hotel premises. You can enjoy the exquisite tastes and flavors of the rich and fertile land of the Aegean Region at the Manici Hotel.
